+Where do I start on Myndora?+
Start by going to Continue and answering the next available question. Myndora builds your Living Profile over time by adding new signals step by step, rather than asking you to complete one fixed test up front.
Do I need an account to use Myndora?+
Yes. An account is required because your Living Profile builds over time and needs to save your answers, progress, and evolving profile state.
Do I need to finish everything in one sitting?+
No. Myndora is designed as an ongoing process. You can answer a few questions, come back later, and continue building your profile over time.

+How long does it take to build my profile?+
There is no single finish line. Myndora builds your Living Profile gradually as you answer more questions. You can make meaningful progress in short sessions and keep improving the profile over time.
How should I answer the questions?+
Answer based on how you usually think and act, not how you wish you were or how you think you should be. There are no right or wrong answers.
Why does Myndora use repeated questions over time?+
Myndora is meant to capture patterns more reliably than a one-time snapshot. More signals over time make the profile more useful for understanding how you tend to think, feel, decide, relate, and grow.
Can I stop and continue later?+
Yes. You can leave and come back later. When you return, go back to Continue and pick up by answering the next available question.

+What do I see after answering questions?+
Your answers feed into your Living Profile. The profile shows the current direction of your measured patterns based on the signals collected so far, instead of presenting a single fixed label from one completed test.
Are these results a diagnosis or prediction?+
No. Myndora does not diagnose conditions or predict future behavior. It is designed for reflection and pattern recognition.
Can my Living Profile change over time?+
Yes. Your profile can shift as new evidence is added and as your patterns change over time. That is expected, and it is one reason Myndora is designed as an evolving self-model instead of a static snapshot.
Do I need to retake full tests?+
No. The current method is not based on retaking whole tests. Instead, you continue adding evidence question by question, and the Living Profile updates as new signals come in.
When should I answer more questions?+
Whenever you want to deepen the profile or after meaningful changes in your life. The most useful pattern is usually to add more evidence over time rather than trying to rush through everything at once.
What is the History page for?+
History shows the answers you have submitted so far, including the date, domain, subdomain, layer, question, and submitted answer. It helps you review what has been recorded over time.

+What plans does Myndora offer?+
Myndora currently offers Myndora Free, Myndora Profile, and Myndora Plus. Free is the starting tier, Profile is the main paid plan for full Living Profile continuity, and Plus adds broader Profile Fit access and higher Ask usage.
How do I upgrade or change plans?+
Go to pricing to choose a plan. If you already have a paid subscription, you can manage billing and subscription changes through the billing portal from Settings.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?+
If you cancel a paid subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access returns to the appropriate lower tier.
Can I get Myndora Plus without subscribing?+
Sometimes, yes. Myndora also has reviewed contribution-based access paths. You can see those options on the pricing page, but access is reviewed manually and is not guaranteed.
Is yearly pricing available?+
Not yet. Current checkout supports monthly pricing only.

+What data does Myndora store?+
We store your account information, your submitted Living Profile answers, and the related profile data needed to power progress, history, and your evolving Living Profile. Details are explained on the Privacy page.
How do I reset my password?+
Use reset password to request a reset link.
How do I export my data?+
Go to Settings > Your data and use the export button to request an export.
How can I delete my account or data?+
You can delete your account through Settings, and delete individual measurements from your history page.
What should I use the contact form for?+
Use it for questions, bugs, feedback, account issues, data questions, or anything that feels unclear or not working as expected. Messages are handled manually.
