Where do I start on Myndora?+

Create your account and answer the first questions on Continue to begin turning different parts of your personality into one connected profile.

Do I need an account to use Myndora?+

Yes. You need an account so Myndora can save your answers, progress, and Living Profile over time.

Do I need to finish everything in one sitting?+

No. Myndora is designed as an ongoing process. You can answer a few questions, come back later, and continue building your profile over time.

How long does it take to build my profile?+

That depends on how you want to use Myndora. You can answer a few questions at a time and let your Living Profile grow gradually, or you can spend more time in one session to build a clearer profile faster.

How should I answer the questions?+

Answer based on how you usually think and act, not how you wish you were or how you think you should be. There are no right or wrong answers.

Why does Myndora spread questions out over time?+

Because one moment does not always show the full picture. Myndora builds your Living Profile from answers given across different days, situations, and phases of life, so it can reflect your more consistent tendencies instead of a one-time snapshot.

Can I stop answering questions and continue later?+

Yes. Each answer is saved to your account after you submit it. You can leave anytime and come back later to continue with the next available question.

What insights become available after answering questions?+

Your answers build your Living Profile. As your profile develops, you can see your natural tendencies across 26 areas of personality, how strongly they show up, and how your profile matches with different parts of life, such as work, study, relationships, social life, lifestyle, and environment.

Can my Living Profile change over time?+

Yes. Your profile can change as new questions are being answered, and as you change as a person over time. That is expected, and it is one reason Myndora is designed as an evolving personality profile instead of a one-time test.

When should I answer more questions?+

Whenever you want to deepen the profile or after meaningful changes in your life. The more useful approach is usually to answer more questions over time rather than trying to rush through all the questions at once.

What is the History page for?+

History shows the answers you have submitted so far. You can review your past answers and remove any that were submitted by mistake.

Are these results a diagnosis or prediction?+

No. Myndora does not diagnose conditions or predict future behavior. It is designed for reflection and pattern recognition.

Plans, billing & access

What plans does Myndora offer?+

Myndora currently offers Myndora Basic and Myndora Plus. Basic is the starting tier, and Plus opens the full paid experience.

How do I upgrade or change plans?+

Go to pricing to choose a plan. If you already have a paid subscription, you can manage billing and subscription changes through the billing portal from Settings.

What happens if I cancel my paid plan?+

If you cancel a paid subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access returns to the appropriate lower tier.

Can I get Myndora Plus without subscribing?+

Sometimes, yes. Myndora also has reviewed contribution-based access paths. You can see those options on the pricing page, but access is reviewed manually and is not guaranteed.

What data does Myndora store?+

We store your account information, your submitted Living Profile answers, and the related profile data needed to power your Living Profile. Details are explained on the Privacy page.

How do I reset my password?+

Use reset password to request a reset link.

How do I export my data?+

Go to Settings > Your data and use the export button to request an export.

How can I delete my account or data?+

You can delete your account through Settings. If you want to delete individual submitted answers, you can do so from the History page.

What should I use the contact form for?+

Use it for when you have any question, problem, or suggestion. Messages are handled manually.
