• Eligible consumers generally have 14 calendar days after a new paid subscription contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason.
• An ordinary monthly renewal under the same contract does not generally start a new withdrawal period. A later, separately concluded subscription contract may have its own right.
• If the final day falls on a weekend or recognised Dutch public holiday, the deadline moves to the next working day.
• If mandatory withdrawal information was missing or incomplete, the withdrawal period can be extended. This online function remains available for that extended period.
• Myndora refunds all eligible payments received under the withdrawn subscription contract.
• Paid access ends when the withdrawal is processed and the subscription will not renew.

You may also withdraw in any other unambiguous way. Email support@myndora.app or send the model form below. Include enough information to identify the subscription contract. You do not have to give a reason.

Statutory withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from an eligible contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day the service contract is concluded. To exercise the right, notify Sam Buwalda, trading as Myndora, of your decision by an unambiguous statement—for example through the online function above or by email or post. You may use the model form, but you are not required to do so.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires. Myndora will return the eligible payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your decision, using the original payment method and without charging a refund fee. Under Myndora’s full-refund policy, no amount is deducted for access used before withdrawal.
